No evidence here identifies Ostrog, vindicates the custodians, implicates Marian, or links the attack to the maker of the false Graham recording.
Marian leaves before the explosion because Ansel's shoe splits and they seek a car; rumours of advance warning are false within the chapter's evidence.
Chapter 14 must inherit a city shaken by the attack and a civic assembly whose procedures are damaged but not erased.
