ARCHIVE 001 IS COMPLETE DIGITALLY
Fifty illustrated records and twenty-five chapters now tell the complete revised story of The Sleeper Awakes on the web.

The first major milestone of The Sleeper Archive is complete: Archive 001 now exists as a full illustrated digital reading experience.
The story follows H. G. Wells's revised The Sleeper Awakes through all twenty-five chapters. Each chapter is paired with two illustrated records, creating a fifty-record visual sequence from Six Nights to The Fall of the Sleeper.
The site is designed so no previous knowledge of Wells is required. New readers can begin with Graham and follow the story forward; returning readers can revisit familiar characters, ideas and scenes through a new visual system.
What remains Wells
Archive 001 preserves Wells's characters, structure, conflicts and deliberately unresolved ending. Original continuation planned for later archives begins only after this story is finished.
What changes next
The digital archive is no longer the only destination. Work has moved into physical proofing, production-quality artwork, packaging and the systems needed to turn the fifty-record sequence into a real collectible object.
