The digital archive tells the story. The physical edition is being developed to make that story feel recovered: substantial card stock, restrained metallic details and packaging with the character of an archival records case.

FORMAT

63.5 × 88.9 mm

Standard trading-card proportions, with production bleed and safe zones defined from the printer's final dieline.

STOCK

Black-core card stock

Target range approximately 330–350 gsm, chosen for opacity, stiffness and a substantial hand-feel.

SURFACE

Matte / low gloss

The archive should absorb light rather than resemble a high-gloss toy product.

METALLIC DETAIL

Antique gold

Restrained foil intended for borders, seals or record identifiers rather than full-card mirror effects.

RELIEF

Emboss / deboss

Under consideration for seals and archive marks where physical depth adds meaning without overwhelming the illustration.

PACKAGING

Archive case

A rigid presentation format is being explored to make the complete set feel stored, catalogued and recovered.
