The second archive is complete. After the Sleeper begins where H. G. Wells’s The Sleeper Awakes ends, then follows the people who must live with the city Graham leaves behind. The entire original continuation is available to read online.
Across twenty-five chapters and 100,520 words, the story moves from broken chains of authority and disputed records toward the work of governing a city without a permanent Master. Fifty companion records carry its questions beyond the chapters, ending with A2-049, Was the Sleeper Bad?, and A2-050, The Sleeper Was Never the Only One.
The final chapter
Chapter 25 closes the London arc. The final Master dependency reaches zero; Graham’s historical record remains, but it confers no authority. The charter survives ordinary government, while an UNKNOWN map leaves a controlled opening beyond London.
