All 50 records now have a unified game-card face. Free City uses deep green and warm brass; Continuity uses slate blue and pale steel. Access, filing sector, seal, and rules text remain visible during a match. Each printed card has a novel excerpt and story context on its reverse. For play, every card goes into the same clear-front, opaque-back Hidden Mandate sleeve so facedown identities remain secret.

Story-back excerpts and record context follow the current 28 September reading text. Compare the dated editions. Each chapter link opens the passage behind its card. These are design proofs for the fixed starters, not manufacturing files. Matching opaque-back sleeves are the proposed play accessory; the card wording and balance are still in playtest.
