The photographed certified office duplicate is evidence of a text, not proof that every clause remains legally operative or that every asset qualifies.
The earlier title-specific terminal request identifies a service address but no officer or film viewing.
Finds a photographed version of Schedule Nine and submits a correction to the catalogue consolidation she signed seven years earlier. She preserves the limits of the discovery rather than removing her own mistaken record.

Daran Pell
Assists with film reading, contextual copying and delivery. He initially wants to send the public-trust clause ahead of its qualifications, then carries a complete packet to municipal clearing.
No new portrait commissioned. A copying or carrying action should distinguish him from the established Leaders.

Tavin Rusk
Keeper of transferred instruments within the grain administration; the current staff list says he counts sacks. He has worked with abandoned office material for twenty-seven years, retained the delivery ledgers and remains custodian of the film after copies leave.
A future character master should show a stockroom worker beside a reused crate and film reader, not another aristocrat in a library. No new painted portrait in this release.

Iona Kest
Receives the discovery as evidence and requires it to be considered in the succession examination. She distinguishes the text's existence from its present legal force and the classification of particular assets.
Retain the Chapter 2 examiner identity. A working evidence-table scene is preferable to a ceremonial judge portrait.

Transferred East Reserve Collection
The sought East Reserve material survives in a grain-administration stockroom after flood transfers. Parcel and case numbers no longer map cleanly to the central catalogue. This is not a newly discovered intact coastal vault.

Separates what was sent, what arrived and what remained readable. The different meanings of seventeen explain why a clean catalogue entry can mislead. It does not establish authenticity of every instrument by itself.
A flat tin contains reduced photographs made after the flood-copying process. The recovered version is a later photograph of a certified office duplicate, not the executed original and not Graham's handwritten memorandum.
An independent future still-life master can show tin, film and viewer with no generated wording. This release uses controlled typeset source distinctions.

The disclosed clause may now be typeset exactly. Do not present an invented full facsimile as the executed original.

The same terminal record dates a title-specific request for the ninth schedule to 10:35 and Eliza’s request to 10:46. A reference response goes to a succession service address through the old certificate channel. The recorder does not establish film viewing or name an officer; Eliza requests attribution.
Creates visible pressure to reconsider control or ownership under specified conditions. Keep its power separate from an instant victory or unrestricted seizure of all Systems.
Open design question: Control-transfer timing and verification remain under review. The fiction's public trust is not itself an approved new game subsystem.
