Continuity locks
- The public proof process follows the custodians' revenue question and continues through a night of archive work to dawn; it does not reset to the first days after Graham's fall.
- The executed original of Schedule Nine remains unrecovered. The strongest surviving chain is still the photographed office duplicate plus its recorded comparison and supporting provenance.
- The public-trust clause is supported as text within that chain. Present legal force and the precise assets covered remain under examination.
- Marian treats the evidence as relevant and refuses to presume disputed public-use assets are ordinary private inheritance. She does not accept the entire estate, renounce it finally or become the final legal authority on the schedule.
- The pre-sleep technical advice is separate from Schedule Nine. Its infrastructure examples illustrate the old problem but do not create a complete modern map of covered assets.
- The public dispatch hall is a comparison space, not a political rally controlled by Eliza.
- The periodic review entries show repeated institutional review and non-implementation by different offices. They do not establish one continuous conspiracy, one mastermind or that every reviewer saw the same complete instrument.
- The recent phrase defer pending succession event anticipates a legal contingency, not Graham's death or Marian specifically.
- No new evidence in this chapter identifies Ostrog, the maker of the false Graham recording or the operator of the wider black-seal network.
- The archive rejects a universal reliability seal. Later chapters should not introduce an Archive 002 truth badge as though Chapter 12 approved one.
