Arun helps turn emergency coordination into an overnight compact. He retains responsibility for his earlier load approval, yields the coupling transport to a ward crew and recognises that technical judgement does not settle public priorities.

Foreman of a depleted mobile lifting crew. He brings competing orders and tackle, insists that fatigue limits capacity, and accepts specified work rather than every request. A contractor supplies an incoming replacement pair; the sleeping rigger is not forced back to work.

Holt brings food, records the qualifications to the compact, arranges Marian and Leda's visit through a household service inquiry, and prepares copies for both operating and receiving places.

Taal participates remotely from his power desk. His agreement names the incoming dispatcher as well. He points out that independent technical review also requires a real available crew.

Marian visits with Leda to understand a household service problem and the estate's role. She remains an unconfirmed succession candidate, does not approve the compact, and accepts that her household must wait behind a building without a working tap.

Commit a Figure to one repair job at a time. Its assistance has a real duration or opportunity cost; the same worker cannot support several sites simultaneously.
Design question: Use existing exhausted or committed states only after checking current rules. Prevent reassignment loops that give repeated repair benefits.

Allows different support Figures to contribute to one coordinated action, with a cap and an explicit commitment of those Figures.
Design question: How many contributors are permitted, and can the opponent interrupt before the benefit resolves?

Preserves a declared assignment and its limits. It may reward completing a committed task before reassigning the Figure, not provide free repeated readying.
Design question: Can completion and expiry be represented using an existing turn window without introducing a second labour economy?

A temporary shared benefit depends on specified participating Figures and an expiry visible to both players. It is neither permanent ownership nor unlimited protection.
Design question: Define what happens when a participant leaves play, and whether the benefit expires before a victory declaration can be held.

Supports a single repair target while occupied. Moving it elsewhere forfeits the earlier support rather than multiplying equipment.
Design question: Can one target marker and an existing System activation express this without adding a separate Artifact card type?

Challenges a declared shared authority effect through one clear target or review condition. It should create counterplay, not a universal cancellation of all agreements.
Design question: Which current effects count as an eligible declaration, and what evidence or cost is needed to challenge them?

A2-C07-E02 · Event · Influence
Trades an immediate local benefit for a constrained later one, reflecting the cost of yielding a scarce part rather than treating refusal as a free reward.
Design question: Make the delayed benefit bounded and avoid a repeatable loop from postponing a cost that never becomes payable.
