The final identity cutover takes live Master-dependent services to zero. The public archive opens; an anonymous map remains under investigation, and Eliza leaves the arrival field for the receiving district.

Tests the worker’s documentary chain before the final identity cutover. In the public archive she distinguishes supported Graham records from uncertain recordings, then records an anonymous map without claiming its authorship or authority.

Supervises testing for the last identity-register cutover. After a worker is wrongly disadvantaged in one test, he waits for the evidence chain, reruns the case and notes whom to contact should the erroneous credential persist.

Budgeting for an appeal process, he accepts extra staffing required when identity records disagree. After a seventy-two-hour water restriction expires, he owes affected residents both an explanation and an apology.

A smaller public hall opens in two former estate accounting rooms. Its cases name the locations of distributed original holdings and copies; Level Seven stays sealed behind fire damage.

The last identity rule ends the penalty for missing historical records. After evidence from an apprenticeship register resolves a failed parallel test, clerks switch the old path to read-only and the public board shows zero live Master-dependent services.

The charter survives a water restriction that expires, a council review of Rook’s renewal, and the visible expiry of Nara’s temporary role.

The archive displays a scanned private Graham letter beside other source material. Eliza cannot date one line from the paper and leaves its catalogue entry open; a child reads the letter alongside an objection to Graham’s authority.

A typed sentence on the map’s reverse states this claim, which Eliza attributes to an unidentified sender. It proves neither additional Sleepers nor authority over the places drawn.

An old apprenticeship register and linked relocation file identify a worker whom the new identity rule initially treated worse than the old one. The archive checks adjacent pages before certifying a photograph.

After the unprovenanced map is opened under witness, the archive makes comparison copies. Daran carries one sealed copy to the south district. Eliza records his departure, leaving receipt for the district to confirm.

A child’s question forces the archive to separate Graham the man from the ownership and authority system later built around his name. The historical MASTER record remains preserved but has no live authority.

An unprovenanced map marks cities beyond London and carries a typed claim that the Sleeper was never the only one. The map opens a bounded wider-world mystery without proving a global conspiracy or additional Sleepers.
Card game effects remain separate design material and require playtesting.
